...ended our relationship? I hired this lawyer to do a couple of small cases for me, and after our first meeting he chased and chased me. He really wasn't my type, but for months he was relentless with text messages, phone calls, compliments and inviting me out that I finally gave in and started seeing him. I began to like him and instead of avoiding him like before, I made sure I was available to see him. We slept with each other a couple of times but then he suddenly became really busy, and we just stopped meeting each other, and if I called to try and arrange something he would sound like I was bothering him. The only thing he did was keep sending me loads of texts saying how much he missed me that day, but we would never meet up. The whole thing left me feeling frustrated, bored and a bit hurt.
Anyway obviously he was just in it for the chase and so I have lost interest in having a relationship by text message and nothing else. So I haven't replied to his last message and not been in touch for a few days. I am still puzzled why he went so cold so quickly.
I still have an ongoing case which he is working on for me, so I will be seeing him again. I'm not afraid of seeing him and I want to keep him on as my lawyer, but I just want to have some snappy lines to say if he wants to discuss our relationship. All clever suggestions welcome!
