I have some 4 spoke steel Ford Ranger rims that have rust and scratches all over them and I have decided that I want to paint them. I was going to start with dismounting the tires and then sandblasting each rim. Any sanding involved? What type of paint should I use? Primer? Clearcoat? Thanks so much!
