Suggestions for movies when you want a really good cry.

LOL I have cried at both of these ;) When he says "Dont put the bag on my head, Im scared of the dark" I start crying like a bitch. :)

Also Set It Off
From the moment Cleo gets killed to the "I'll be missing you" montage at the end.

It makes me cry when Vivica's character gets the policeman and is like "what is the ****ing procedure when you have a gun to your head?"

I think its the music in this film. The music while Cleo(latifah) is in the car is very sad. Its called Up Against The Wind and then also the tamia/brandy/gladys/????? "Ill be Missing You"
 
Yeh the greenh mile seriously gets me every time and i think iots the only film that does.
My OH cries like a baby when we watch Castaway - doesn;t cry at anything else just that.....

There are loaRAB of movies that I will openly admit to having cried through. I don't hide my emotions that often.

oh the Colour Purple makes me blub like a little girl :o

How could any of you forget 'It's a Wonderful Life' oh my goodness!

Films that have made me blub severly are

Soylent Green - when Edward G Robinson goes for euthanasia and Charlton sees the films of how beautiful earth was :cry: :cry: OMG!! AND THE MUSIC - dear God! I'm tearing up just thinking of it :eek:

The end of Silent Running - can't even watch that film anymore :cry:

The Thin Red Line - harrowing, beautiful, spiritual - genius!

Firewalk With Me - I blubbed uncontrollably at the end of that movie, my OH was quite concerned for me :o :D

most embarassingly - I cried like a big old baby when Spock died - when they play Amazing Grace (is it?) on bagpipes and his coffin is shot out into the cosmos :eek: - my OH at the time thought it was really funny and cute :rolleyes:
