Hi everyone i just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am long time back sufferer and it just gets more of headache dragging this injury on. I recently had some consultations with some doctors in la and was told i would need a alif fusion at the l5-s1. One of them recommended getting another discogram. Also, the neurosurgeon said i should get a nerve root block to see if that is the identifying source. Has anyone gone through this type of way of diagnosing the injury site? Also, does anyone have any good recommendations for doctors in new york city who perform both discograms and nerve root blocks. I am new to the new york area.
