I'm a teen girl. I'm not very active, I lay around a lot and watch a lot of TV. I've recently developed pain in my abdomen and lower back, it only happens when I move.
I thought starting to exercise would help alleviate the pain.
I'm pretty small, around 5'8" and 100 pounds. So light exercises would be best.
What are some light exercises to help me build some muscle and get in shape and not feel like an old woman?
