Suggestions for a good Cricket-compatible phone?

I dropped a hard drive on my Cricket Motorola V3c, and though it's barely working, it's obviously screwed, especially the outer screen (which took the brunt of the blow), and the battery life is utter crap now. So I'm looking for a new Cricket-compatible phone, one that is multimedia and text message-friendly (you know, SD card slots and keyboard, etc), possibly a smartphone. I am also still in college, and I need something that has PDA-like features. So what's a good one? I was thinking the Moto Q, since I found a like-new one for $140. Is it worth it, or should I consider another phone?

You mean the HTC one? Yeah, I looked those up, they're about $200 or so. I would think those are better since the Q uses the Windows platform and I've heard it's kinda glitchy because of that.

The 6800 is nice but if your not to worried about a physical keyboard then a 6900 would be my top choice, besides its a little cheaper..lol... 8)

All you would need to do is buy Spb Fullscreen keyboard for like 15 bucks and bam you got a texting machine...lol

the touch is too small for my tastes if u wanna good full qwerty then the 6800 is the way to go but if u want a full touch screen qwerty then get the 6900 and they are both windows mobile platforms like the q but better since they arent smartphones they are pdas and pdas rock :buddies: :2thurabs: :2thurabs:

I don't know about cheaper, but the 6900 definitely looks nicer. They're on eBay for around $300 though.

Edit: Actually, I found a 6900 on eBay for $99.99. Should I go for it?

um ya but look at the sellers rep first and go from there and if its an auction pay close attention and dont pay more then 250 for it
