Suggestions for a $100 Phone?

I like the S60 system a bit better, what little I've played with them both. I like the SMT5600 from the few times I've toyed with it...except for the D pad center joystick button thing. I don't think that's very well designed and it bugged the crap out of me. But, WM isn't that bad. I was inches away from getting a 2125 with my upgrade, but the swivel design of the w600 and the fact it was out sooner lured me away. From what I understand, the SMT5600 gets great reception and generally high marks in editorial and user reviews. It's super compact but has a huge beautiful screen.

I don't think you could go wrong with either the SMT 5600 or the Nokia 6620. I've never personally had any interest in a clamshell smartphone ... so I don't really know anything about the Moto MPx220. I've never played with a live version of one.

Hopefully someone who has used the MPx220 can chime in.

I was actually about to post the same topic before I searched and came up with this thread. I'm also looking to get an unlocked phone for around $100 and came across the NEC 535 unlocked/unbranded for around $100 after shipping on ebay . Anyone have any experience with this phone? Seems to be a really good deal with the large 2.2" screen and 1.3MP camera. Would be a huge upgrade from the Samsung x426 I've been using for the past year and a half. Or anyone have any other recommendations? I'm going to be making a choice in the next few days. Thanks.

the NOKIA NGAGE QD can still be found at many GameStop and EB Games locations for $99

all games have been reduced to clear at $6.99 each, and most accessories as well (faceplates, starter packs w/NOK brand DC charger, spare headsets)

the QD is relatively simple to adjust to use with any GSM provider, and the GPRS, MMS and SMS settings are very easy to have (re)programmed
