i have 4 years worth of Rachael Ray mags and at least a years worth of Food network mags. I have them stacked in my pantry but of course, that is a lot of mags and i need to get rid of some. I will probably get rid of the first year or two of them b/c i had cut a lot of them up to paste the recipes i liked on recipe cards. so, there's not much to those anymore. I don't mind having one stack that i use all the time since everything I cook for my family comes from those mags, but i think more than one stack is too much. I don't want to lose recipes though, but even if i organize and keep them somewhere else in the house, they won't be as accessible and they will become too many to even use since I don't want to go through stacks and stacks just to make a dinner. I have RR cookbooks etc too, but those have different recipes in them and honestly the ones in the mags are the best. any suggestions?

Recycle the old cut up ones. Go through 5 every evening and cut out what you want to keep. Then recycle rest. Then spend evenings cutting and gluing.

There is no way you are going to use all those recipes from 4 years ago. Pick out the ones your family likes best, paste to a recipe card and throw the rest away. I used to be a cook book fanatic.
See one at a yard saw and I would buy it. Use it noooo. Finally I gave them all to my cousin and she sold them to a junk dealer. ?Sometimes we think we are going to use something and it never happens.
