Suffering from mental illness while pregnant?

I was wondering if there are any other women that have a mental illness and are expecting. I suffer from Schizophrenia and am bipolar. I am medicated so I don't even have episodes any more but am worried what the doctor will do about it. I don't know if he has to report it or not. They asked me tons of questions about it and I am on disability for it. I just wanted to know if I will have to do anything specific or prove that I am stable enough to raise a baby when it is born. I can prove this if need be. Thanks
