when this happend i didn't had insurance or the car and i'm getting sued bacause the passager got hurt and now they have a lawyer and he snt me a letter and gave me the option that "if i didn't had insurance at the time to sigh some paper and i was still going to get charged 1/3 of anything collected plus attorney services. how can i get out of this without going to jail?
