Law requires that schools and tests supply proper accommodations for students with disabilities. If the SAT denies you can you sue them for discrimination? They are going against the diagnosis and recommendation of a licensed physician who is much more aware of the condition and qualified than whoever decides the recipients of Extended time. I believe that students should not even have to provide results of tests at the recommendation of a licensed MD. Its not like doctors provide test results when the prescribe medications.
