Sue Boot camp for deaths?

Can you sue boot camp people for death? I mean they didn't die in combat fighting for their country! There have been deaths. They're supposed to train them hard not train them to death. I heard that sometimes,people die there. Death in combat is legal but boot camp??!

Many people go to boot camp not knowing they had a undiagnosed heart condition. Some die from severe dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. That can trigger an irregular heart beat & cause it to stop just as well. Boot camps do everything in their power to curb these issues, but you can't find all the problems no matter how hard you look. I don't believe you can sue the military for a death b/c the recruit volunteered for it.
 
Yes we force them a gun point to run or swim until they die, that is how your trained in basic. Yup you got it, dam we have been caught guys put the guns away......

Everyone in the US Military is a volunteer, they can quit anytime. If they push themselves then they do it of their own free will.
