Yesterday, I simply woke up with an annoying, "hollow" feeling pain in my bicep, as the day went on, the pain continued to intensify until what it is right now the next morning and now the pain is in my bicep all the way down to my fingers in my right arm. The pain causes the arm to tremble and twitch now, but it is still a tight but hollow feeling pain like it might be in the bones or possibly veins like a stream of pain. I have no history of injuries or health issues at all, please what might this be?
