Sudden on set sharp pain in chest.?

It is on the left side, kind of above and to the rigt of my breast. the pain a dull when I sit still, and almost none when I slouch forward.
However, when I sit straight up or turn left, or push, I get the sharp stabbing pain.
It suddenly happened last night when I was laying in bed. Nothing strenuous was being done.
I am 21, female,
