just a few minutes ago my right hand felt very itchy then i saw 2 bumps sorta like mosquito bites get bigger, then my whole right arm became red and itchy. The itching has gone down a bit but the bumps are still on my hand. This has happened before but very long ago. What could it be? The bumps weren't the same color as my skin, they were more pale or lighter, as if there was no blood in them.
