There was a recent story about someone who tried to commit suicide by setting himself on fire. He chickened out and jumped in a lake to put the fire out. He drowned.

Another story which was just a couple weeks ago: a guy parks his SUV on the metro track and it starts a major wreck with 3 trains and 11 people die. But the guy with the SUV chickened out and jumped out as he saw the train coming. He's now on trial and he could get the death penalty, kind of ironic.

Actually I'll bet he was joking considering all the :xkill:'s he put, but I don't understand why people who attempt suicide are considered insane. What if they just don't want to live anymore?
