Say you bought the unhealthiest choice at Mcdonalds, and bought the unhealthiest choice at Subway.
Lets say, for example, (one of my favorite subs) the footlong Italian BMT with Bacon on herb and cheese bread (This has bacon, ham, pepperoni, and salami with cheddar cheese melted on it, light mayo, honey mustard sauce - fat free, and southwest chipotle sauce with an array of vegetables) compared to:
A Big Mac combo with large fries and pop. Which would seem worse? People are always under the impression you can go to Subway, get anything, and you're eating healthy. I'm not an oblivious idiot, and I know the sub I get is not healthy. I'd like to know though, is it possible to do more damage with a Subway meal than a Mcdonalds meal?
