After seeing the train wrecked voice overs that don't mach the characters in shows like Naruto I watch mostly Subs with original Japaneses voices. Naruto in Dub equals the worst possible voice over ever in Anime history where the Japaneses voice has passion behind what he says.
Also many times in the show I've flipped the from Dub to Sub and the music is taken out in the Dubed version where the music remains in beautifully perfectness in the original format. The audio quality is better in the Japaneses version most of the time. Meany times the original song is destroyed or removed from the Dub version and replaced by something from a very poor low class singer.
Giving meaningless words that where not a part of the show like "Believe it" to characters who never spoke those words destroys most Dubed Anime. Basically America disrespects Anime when paying low class voices overs.
Basically after a few shows you learn to watch the show and Sun at the same time and before you now it your learning Japaneses. The only dis enjoyment here is the DVD for Sub are sometime quint badly translated. This is not the voice over fault but it does show the disrespect America the buyer or maker of that original content.
On a rare once in a blue moon the voice overs in Dubbed will mach the translation well, keep the style, vibe of the show and let the music stay in tacked but it's very rare. In the end I watch both but watch way more Subs to understand the fillings of that show. For example if you disliked a show try the Subed version and you might fall in love with it in place of hating it.
