Subs or Dubs?!?

I'm just saying, Naruto in dub version was terrible.

Just look at CCS. It was so bad they had to remake it.

Sure some dubs might be good. But I can't think of any. Maybe I'm being close minded with this, but I'm pretty sure the Japanese put more EFFORT into it.

And I wasn't bringing ANYONES opinion down
 
I disagree, maybe that would have been true ten years ago, but dubs these days have been increasing in quality - looking at the fact that you are judging dubs based on what you have seen on cartoon network its obvious why you think dubs would suck.

I watch dubs whenever its available, since dubs now are far superior than what they were. Many people just dohn't even give dubs a chance, which annoys me.



I much prefer an american accent when dubbing to a british accent - if the british started dubbing I would probably hate it.

And for the record, naruto's japanese voice is JUST as annoying as his english dub (maybe thats just cause he annoys me in general.)
 
I believe subs are superior because subs are the way the anime was supposed to sound.

It wasn't created so the original voice-over could be removed and replaced.

Not to mention Japanese words and names sound stupid coming out with an American accent.

Go ahead and flame me, but I honesly believe anyone who prefers dubs is just too lazy to read the subs. :D
 
Oh you didn't. Then what was this in your last post?

You don't have to explain to me that experiencing subs is better than subs, because I have my own reasons why I prefer subs. Still, just blatantly spewing out that people who enjoy watching dubs are bassically people with half a brain and no taste is just a pathetic elitism response. So don't kthnxbai me little lady. If you have no intention of putting effort in your argument it's just going to end up in a flame war with neither side being very particular on why they are supposed to be in the right.

Well you obviously explained why you enjoy subs better than dubs, but maybe you should wait until someone can explain why they prefer dubs better. I doubt being lazy has anything to do with it.
