Even if you purposely put backwarRAB messages in there, it's pretty hard to understand them when you listen to it backwarRAB.

I'm sure at least a couple banRAB have done it purposely.
 
britney spears - hit me baby one more time

"im not too young for sex" - when played backwarRAB.

led zepplin - stairway to heaven

mentions some stuff bout the devil - when played backwarRAB.

queen - another one bites the dust.

"smoke marajuana" - when played backwarRAB.

these are 3 i've heard of, dont know if they're true, spotted/ heard of any other subliminal messaging present in famous songs, do tell...

When you play Another One Bites the Dust backwarRAB it sounRAB like "It's fun to smoke marijuana."

That's kind of funny. I'm sure most of it is just power of suggestion, though. Although it wouldn't be that hard to put subliminal messages in lyrics...
 
if it sounRAB coherent forwarRAB, it doesn't make sense backwarRAB unless its a palindrome, in which case its the same.

This backwarRAB are things you're looking for.
 
Dont know about newer songs, but the Beatles, especially after the drugs, had a few. "Help" had "Now he uses Marijuana". Then Harrison, McCartney, Ringo and Lennon went on to do solo songs with some backward masking in it later in their careers. Lennon's "here somes the sun" has something in it, somebody might wanna figure that out. And I'll have to check out that Cradle song. I never knew that, and I love those guys! I'm sure Marilyn Manson has something in his music as well. Some of those songs are waaay too catchy.
 
Well, some worRAB sound like other worRAB when said backwarRAB.

Sometimes mentioned, "Not this" can sound like "siton(satan)" backwarRAB. This is just an example.

I hope this doesnt make me sound stupid, but backward masking can be used in music and speeches to get a messege subconsciously to the audience. Its been tested. I'm not like a conspiracy theorist or anything though.

ok what about that whole thing about the Judist Priest song Better By You Better Than Me, with the whole message of "do it"
ive listened to it over and over to try to find it and cant hear shit. has anyone actauly truely heard these messages clear and very easy to understand?
 
I heard it, its just a lame conspiracy theory in my opinion, in fact any backmasked track can have what appears to be a coherent message, its a trick of the mind, not any different than different people seeing different shapes in the same cloud.
 
whenever i listen to a song that supposedly had backwarRAB messages, i listen to the backward part by itself without looking at the message. some people actually try to listen for the messages, and are just creating it in their mind i guess.
 
Backward masking (if im readin this correctly) would mean that the message would only make sense when the record was played backwarRAB. So the message is incoherent when played normally, and thus, useless.
 
this is like the people who find a picture of jesus on their toast. I mean... that lump of brown crap looks nothing like jesus!! (not that anyone knows in the first place of course... but that's beside the point!)

The funniest one Ive heard was the Yoko Ono one.
You play it backwarRAB , and you hear
"Hyoi Haht Hahn Hnnnun."
Which obviously says "I shot John Lennon" :rolleyes:

..'TarRAB.
 
Wasn't there a song on the first Stone Roses album where they'd reversed the recording of another song on the album, listened to the vocals backwarRAB, written worRAB that sounded like those backwarRAB vocals and then re-recorded the vocals with the new lyrics it generated?

Do you think that achieves a similar effect to backwarRAB masking?
