subconjunctival hemorrhage & head trauma

I fell in my kitchen two days ago and hit my head and throat. Both are bruised but otherwise okay. Today I noticed that my right eye has a subconjuntival hemorrhage. At work I noticed that my vision was a bit blurry and I had a mild headache. I went to my PCP who said that I should take Advil or Aleve and if the headache gets worse, then go to the hospital for a catscan. Does this sound right to you?
 
hi dlamb, sorry to hear about your incident. The fact that now you have blurry vision, if I were you, I would go see an ophthalmologist/optometrist to rule out any internal eye problems caused by the impact. There is nothing you can do about the subconj. hemorrhage as it will resolve by itself, but it is good to find out why you are having blurry vision. It may be nothing, but if it's a something, it is good to catch it early. Best of luck and hope you feel better soon!!
