Sub woofers in Lexus Rx 350?

Ok, so I'm getting the Rx 350 and i was wondering how to install sub woofers in the trunk without losing trunk space since the trunk as you know is pretty tight with space.

Also i was wondering which kind of subs are better, alpine-pioneer-kickers. I'm only 15 so i have no clue what the difference is but i just want subs that will bang loud and last a long time with good quality.

Any advice??
oh and can you help me out with which model subs that are 12" are the best and amps that i should hook them up with? thanks
