I wouldn't. Especially with tweeters in it, that's pointless. Tweeters belong up front with you, not in the trunk.
Besides, the enclosure you get really needs to be built around the subs you use so the subs can play to their fullest potential.
Subs in the wrong box can sound bad or can even be damaged.
