sub setting up difficulty ?!?!?1?

i set up my system... running to caps two amps n 4 speakers.. butever time i moved the cables or turnt the headunit on.. or changed track my subs would shake.. and bass... but nothing was playing .. whats goin on !!?!?!??
 
check for proper ground connection my sure gain on amp is down it sounds like ur gain on ur amp is up too much
 
Too many caps. 0 caps is enough. And you probably screwed up on the wiring, or your headunit sucks and sends out signals when it's not supposed to.
