My apartment lease was going to end on March 30th. I had to leave the apartment in Feb, So I subleased the apartment until March 30th and asked them to return the keys to the subleasing office on march 30th, but the guy living over there is not even picking up my call, when I called to remind him. What can I do to kick him out of the apartment if he doesnt return the keys, Because the office will charge it to my account after March 30th. Please let me know, I want to kick this guy out from the apartment after March 30th. My apartment is in Dallas and I am in Phoenix, so is there I can do from Phoenix.
Can I call the cops on March 31st to kick him out ??, I don't know the exact rules but please let me know if I can do that.
