So I got a Kenwood KFC-W3005 12" sub which calls for a 1.5 cubic foot box and a 3" diameter by 6" long port.
my problem is the box it came in; a Q-logic QLH-2.0012SL which is 2 cubic feet and has a port like 4 or 5" by 12"
My setup doesn't sound terrible, it just doesn't sound the best like this...what would be the cheapest remedies for this, shorter port? seal and make a new port? seal completely? or a new box
