HI i really need some help with car stuff.

thats a deal im looking into ryt now. i like it but is there anything wrong with the deal? like the amp is too powerful for the sub and may cause it to burst. Any help would me MUCH appreciated!!! a head unit im also lookin into is 4*60watts is that too powerful 4 the package? there it is below
