Stupid question....

I have a flexpay account with tmobile (IDK if it matters) and I just created my blackberry [email protected]. I sent an email to it and didn't receive anything. Im just wondering how this works and if I'll be able to set alerts for these emails.
 
When you set up your email on your bb, did you receive a message saying you would start recieving emails in about 20 min. If not try resending service books. The only stupid question is an unanswered one.....I mean one not asked!!! ooopppsss!

I don't pay for a data plan because I'm one of the lucky who has gotten it free for almost a year now. I will try to resend the service books, I saw on option to do that somewhere at mytmobile.com.
Here's another question.....When I send pics from my phone to my email then open it on my laptop, the whole bottom half of about half of my pictures are off centered and inside a pink box. Why is it like this and how do I fix it? Should I downgrade my software because I am running 4.5.0.108 right now. I will try to upload a pic so you can see.
 
well there have been data issues with t-mobile since tuesday. not all subscribers are affected and its all sporadic. have you been getting emails from any other account?
