Stupid mix cutting out.

So I got this six hour mix by Deepdish and there's a couple parts that it goes silent for 20-30 seconds. It's especially annoying at 3:38:20 because they're going OFF and then it cuts out. :mad:
 
Yes it was a free mix and I could edit out the blank spot but it'd still fuck up the build-up. They're mixing in this crazy Indian vocal track and it's about to peak and then silence. It's a minor nuiscance in an other wise superb mix.
 
Not really, I was just pointing out that Audacity doesn't export mp3s by default, and I didn't know if it would be obvious that he needed one by visiting Download.com.

Anyway, I'm biased against that site since they used to allow spyware to be installed with application hosted there a few years back.
 
and now it doesnt..it has alot of good stuff. get ya head out ya ass and visit it sometime. At least they said which programs had spyware.
 
I'd rather not use a service that once allowed users to inadvertently download and install spyware. And they didn't always make note of it.

I'd rather just get the program from the developer's site, maybe that's just me though. Not that I'm saying there is anythign wrong with download.com today, they just pissed me off in the past.
 
Look, I'm not going to argue this with you, because it's just my opinion. I'm not bad mouthing them though, I'm just saying I lost all respect for them as a company because of their previous actions. Cleaning up their act won't change that. :)
