Stunt casting you wanted to see

What actors you wanted to see do a voice over in a cartoon either because he or she has working history with the creators or more likely history working with someone from the cast.

First of all, not really stunt casting I wished Jackie Gleason was a guest star on the New Scooby Doo Movies, HB has ripped off material so much over the years, it would have been something if they actully had him appear in their work.

I think they should have gotten Bernie Kopell to guest voice as a Mad Agent or criminal for hire by Dr. Claw in Inspector Gadget. That would have been awesome.

I wish they'd have gotten Ed O'Neill to play the alien who romanced Leela in an early episode of Futurama. That ended up being a Married... With Children parody anyway, so they should have gone the extra mile and gotten O'Neill to do the voice.

One thing that the Simpsons hasn't done yet that would work: have a relative of Marge's be voiced by Valerie Harper (whom Julie Kavner co-starred with on Rhoda).

Jason Statham voicing something

I don't know what, but his accent's cool and action-y and he's already done video game work for Red Faction and Call of Duty.

With Carrie Fisher having become a supporting player on Family Guy in the last few seasons, you'd think Seth would have given her a role (or even a good cameo) somewhere in the Star Wars parody.

You obiviously haven't gotten the It's A Trap DVD.

Speaking of Family Guy, I don't know if he is still alive, but they should have gotten Frank Gorshin to guest voice on Family Guy as someone connected to Mayor West, maybe a political rivalory. Of course Burgess Meredith would have been the best choice for ironic reference as far as political rivals but I know he has been dead for a while.

Nope. Money's kind of tight for DVD's at the moment.

And yes, Frank Gorshin unfortunately passed a few years ago. I think only Julie Newmar and John Astin (the second Riddler) are the only Bat rogues still with us.

I know Frank Gorshin was alive when Kim Possible was still in production, he should have voiced the White Stripe, the Fearless Ferret's arch nemesis.

If they already didn't do this plot with Brian, but still adding politics would be different, but Julie Newmar could voice a woman that claims that Adam West fathered her child. Which is something which is quite common in politics.
