Hi, i'm actually a high school student in my senior year in WA, and i was planning on going back to CA to get into college. But i'm not going to have much money when i go back to CA. My parents are also in S. Korea so i don't know how that works. and also i've been adopted by my brother for him to be my guardian. So who would i be considered a dependent towards? How and where would i get the loans/financial aid to support myself throughout my college? Would i be able to get loans/financial aid to support me for school AND living costs? Thanks! :]
