Stuck on Professor Layton DS game?

Stuck after completing 25 puzzles. In the village town, can't seem to go any further? I have three options, go to the park, which doesn't let me in, go into the house where I've already been, or go back to the previous puzzle which I've completed. What am I supposed to do?
