Now i know this will probably sound normal to many of the people who have experienced anxiety. But i was told i had it a few years ago when i visited my doctor about breathing problems and heart concerns, i wasn't too convinced because back then i had no worries and was pretty chilled in school, put me on beta blockers blah blah.
One thing is though, i've been told when relaxed and not worrying symptoms should subside or go completely, this may not be true, but i feel all of the symptoms that i am told is normal with anxiety almost 24/7. I could be completely involved in a good book, then suddenly a palpitation out of nowhere, or i feel constricted and breathing is shallow, or i just feel like something bad is going to happen. Now side this with all the symptoms, stuffy breathing, random palpitations fear of just passing away, sleeping problems because of that, i've recently started getting migraines, fuzzy head, feels like my head is buzzing, my head / neck has started twitching / jerking, weakness the list goes on and on. People are trying to tell me it's anxiety, my doctor has done blood three times, it's fine. Am i right to go back and tell him i'm not pleased with his diagnosis? Sorry for the length.
Thanks,
Steve.
