Stuck in a 3GS 3.1.3 5.12 emergency mode

Hello i have a 3GS never used, i ran f0recast it says 3.1.3 5.12 boot 6.0 .

What should i do ? Restore the 4.0? is there a unlock for bypassing 3.1.3 5.12?

Also here where i live i dont have acess to unlocking sims.

Please help....i want to use my 3gS!!!!
 
If you can use it as it is with the existing sim, do not do anything at the moment. Wait for JB for 3GS iOS4, then start your trial and error methods. If you can find Universal Sim, probably you can activate it and JB with Spirit, unlock and use your 3GS. All the best ...
 
Insert original sim provided by carrier or use one sim and connect to itunes. Now your device will be activated. After that use spirit procedures. Don't go for any upgradations right now. Because it is not safe at the moment.
 
you should buy a sim to activate it.

I dont have access universal sim to unlock, ITS A LOCKED PHONE!!!

ANd i am stuck in emergency mode........i cant use it even to listen to music!!!!
 
Before you try to do any operation you are supposed to get either original sim or one sim for activation using itunes is necessary. After that you can jailbreak and unlock with repo666.ultrasn0w.com
