Hey, i just got two strobe tubes. there are 3 wires RED, BLACK, WHITE. can anybody tell we where they go? I want to hook it up with a SHO-ME flasher. Can the strobe just work of the bettery and not of some power supply? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
