Dear posters,
I just read up on a few posts after posting for my update.
I've never been told to stretch any thing pre or post surgery for my fusion at L5S1. What happenRAB in the surgery that would require it? It can't be the laying on your butt for x-amount of weeks. I had a busted pelvis (last year) and I didn't have to stretch anything... That was very comparable to my fusion (pain/area-wise).
