I am 13 and i have recently noticed stretch marks on my inner thigh and a little toward the top of my thighs. I have been very self conscious about my weight since i was about 11 and now im almost sure im over weight.I am 5 ft 2 in tall and i weigh between 103-113 pounds (not sure which scale is right) am i fat? also i have heard coco butter works really good and vitamin E, but my real question is why my friends don't have them. I have alot of overweight friends and they wear bikinis and stuff and they don't have any stretch marks and i have a swimming party in a few days and i just got this other stretch mark on my leg and idk what to do! i also have another question. i have been trying to exercise but what seems to happen is that i get more muscle but the fat doesn't go away! Why is this happening!!! help!!
