Stress

Hi, Can stress, bring on rhinitis, or could it even extend condition, I think this has happened to me. ie I had rhinitis, but my stress over having it has prelonged the situation. anyone any thoughts etc

Hi there. Well, ive had a bad bout of rhinitis/sinitis for 6-7 weeks, its got me down bad even brought on panic attacks as im constantly congested and have a 'sore' chest through coughing. So its proof in the pudding rhinitis can bring on stress and if you have constant post nasal drip like me the stress of the rhinitis can keep this going. A viscous cycle im afraid
