Stress Relief...

Any ideas? I'm going absolutely insane over these past few days, I'm worried if I don't get it out of my system I'll flip out and start killin' people.

Ninja style Yo.



So far I've attempted:

Boxing/ going to the gym.

Reading.

Working It off

Masturbating.





Any other things that may work for you?
 
Meds. I've just discovered that they are AWESOME! :tongue:

I think it all depends on you and what is stressing you. I used to just try to stay busy, tinkering with something, or even watching a show that I really like.

But, in the end, meds were the answer for me. ;)
 
You tried cranking it and THAT didn't even work? Wow.

Try it again, only this time look at girls. :tongue:

Actually, try going for a walk. Or try watching your favorite comedy. That always seems to work for me. Also, how much sleep do you normally get?
 
Step 1: Draw a 'X' on the wall at eye level.
Step 2: Place right hand on wall about 1 foot from 'X', trace with pencil
Step 3: Place left hand on wall about 1 foot from 'X', trace with pencil
Step 4: Place left and right hands in tracing
Step 5: Position legs at firm stance around 2.5 feet apart
Step 6: Bang head on area marked with an 'X' till stress is relieved
Step 7: Clean blood off wall and head
 
All I do to relieve stress is to either box, run, or, I'll just sit in my room, listen to some heavy ass music, and just chill out and draw whatever comes to mind. You can also just go and have some fun and not worry about whatever is troubling you, like go to an amusement park, or go hang out with your girlfriend... if you have one. :P yeah, but that's my way of getting rid of stress.
 
Long walks (5 miles +) are the best because the physical activity relieves muscular stress, tires you for better sleep and it causes you to meditate or think to yourself about your problems that stress you out. I miss NYC because I used to do about 20 miles a week in the city and it never got boring. The view from George Washington Bridge alone was stress reducing.




Works for me. :) (even if only temporarily)
 
I cut myself to relieve the stress of my horrible life.

not really. I'm not emo.

I usually read, or take a long hot shower. Sometime driving helps. Do you smoke at all? I know plenty of people who smoke to relieve stress.

"Fleshlights" work better than masturbation for some people. Just a thought.

Try drawing. You don't have to be good. It doesn't have to be any particular thing. just start with some lines. Fill them in. Make more lines. Add depth. incarnate your rage in paper.

Also posting at a rant forum is a good idea... Oh, wait...
 
Drawing is a good idea. I sometimes draw when I get stressed out, then I look at my drawing and realize that I will never be able to draw hot anime girls in sexy poses, so I stab the paper with my pen and rip it to pieces!! (it unites my love of drawing with my love of stabbing things).
