so the dr thinks i have a stress fracture in my sesamoid. they are not sure , i am getting an mri tuesday
it might be seismoiditus
and they say i cant dance for a couple weeks
should i get second opion
we have a show coming up in june and im worried i wont know my dances in time
i go to calss and watch them but still
how do i keep from stressing out
should i get a second opnion ?
how fast do these things heal?
any advice from dancers would be great
