i do that a lot. i think that you are just rather stressed... that happens in people life but it could be anything like depression to pmdd or just regular old stress. you need to talk to a doctor, it might benefit you.

Okay, so I'm a 15 year old girl who often is stressed. Now, about 2-3 months ago, I thought I had depression, but my parents told me I was fine and not to worry about it. Well, I do have Anxiety, and probably 4 days out of the week I'm stressed over stuff. But, then I started getting all these symptoms I had 2-3 months ago.

- Crying for no reason.
- Can be in a good mood, but then get easily pissed off the next.
- Extreme and I mean EXTREME irritability.
( I get so irritated over the simplest things to the point where I just want to be dead )
- I feel sad for no apparent reason at times.
- I've had a changed appetite over the past few months, I don't eat at all like I use to, and I completely stopped drinking soda and everything else except water.

I can't get into a doctor appointment till the first of October, and I just really need help or advice on what I can do right now, or what this might be.

Any advice is appreciated, especially if you're a doctor, any information is welcomed. 10 points best answer.

Well, October 1st will be here soon. When you get there, after being examed etc. ask for a referral to a psychiatrist. It does sound as though you have chemical imbalances and possible anxiety disorder. The psychiatrist would be the one to see on this issue and then he or she can prescribe the right meds for you as well as some therapies. Good luck.
