I saw this last night and I have to say I was a little disappointed. It was entertaining enough and had a few good set-pieces but it should have been much better.

Also, I'm not entirely sure Keanu Reeves worked well as the lead. He seemed wooden and was imo out-acted by Whitaker, who was as ever on top form. Jay Mohr and Chris Evans did very well while Hugh Laurie was criminally underused (and given some very cheesy lines).

I wasn't very impressed either. The director should stick to writing the films, not directing them.

yeah, the whole plot seemed to be a bit tangled.

I did have a sense of "Is that it ?" at the end of the film.....

Ah I was looking forward to watching this but, quite a few people have told me they left disappointed. Is it worth going to see?

Well I watched it because I thought "Training Day". This film is not a patch on it.
How bad was it?
Well... If the kiRAB who came in half way through the film and talked sat behind me... I swear I would have thrown a fist their way.

Um... that's how bad this movie was.

Hmmm... I'd say wait for the DVD and rent it. Not worth a trip, imo.

it wasn't bad i thought - like a below par episode of 'the shield'

though i thought keanu was quite good and forest whitaker was AWFUL

Dodgy mustaches, poor dialogue, completely unsuitable music, random plot shifts and characters doing things out of character - this film had it all.

If I hadn't have been dragged there by the bf in the first place, I'd have walked out after the first 20 mins - I was bored the whole way through.
