pTunes by default is on TX - must say I am not really impressed by it. There is however a 'delux' edition (read $$). It can supports:

Not that I have it so it could be crap. I too am interested in something that can stream Audio, in particular from the BBC which I think is real or some sort of streaming windows format.
I believe the BBC use Real Audio, hidden behind their own player.
My E2 came with Real Player on it already, so I guess it's freely available.
Ah. Just had a flick through the help for RealPlayer, and there's no mention of playing from the internet; just files from an SD card. SO it may be no use to you.
