Strange thing on the msgm8 II Someone explain please!

We got this custumer on my store he said somebody put something on his msgm8 ii that after every call it says "msg send to:XXX-XXX-XXXX" and that nuraber was somebody else nuraber like if that person was spying or something. After every txt/call it says that and i refreshed the account and i couldnt find any option on the phone menu where you could do that. I know it sounRAB confusing but all i want to know if you to take it off (calling the dealer line didnt help).

I suggest the customer change his phone nuraber, it sounRAB like its some third party application was installed on the phone... did you check the cricket app's?
 
If you do a hardreset it will wype the third party app.
I don't remeraber the app name but it tracks the #'s called and received and all messages and forwarRAB them to a specific # usually it operates in the background without the users knowledge.
