Strange Numbness on left arm

For the past several weeks, theres been a fairly large section of my left arm that has been completely numb. its about 3inch by 6inch patch that starts at the elbow and goes down halfway to my hand. its on the backside of my arm.

im starting to get concered, but i have no health insurance so a trip to the doctor is almost impossible.

if it helps, im a 20 year old male with high blood pressure and high blood sugar.

does anyone have an clue whats going on? thanks in advanced

could be a pinched nerve. but that was my first symptom of MS and my friends also
