Strange Mail Notification Problem

Updated my factory unlocked iPhone 4 to version 4.2.1 last night, since updating the mail notification icon appears to be behind the mail icon ??
see attached pic.

Anyone else experienced this?

If a simple reboot doesn't fix it I would just backup and restore again.

Put it in delete mode then hold the app and it may pop back to the front.
