I have a house rented to a couple in Alpharetta. It is on the market with Realtor X. Realtor Y brought a man into the home and had sex in the master bedroom. My renters had a nanny cam pointed towards the dresser with the bed in the foreground, because they were worried about theft of jewelry, etc. They are, of course, pretty damned upset and plan to break their lease. They are likely going to sue me.....
Sooooo, what can I reasonably do to Realtor Y and her broker? My thought is that the broker should be absolutely thrilled to avoid the public disclosure of this incident. As such, I thought it would be fair to propose that the broker rent the home from me indefinitely at a very favorable rent. Or can I make them choose between public disclosure or buying the home from me at whatever price I name?
Don't want to have illegal blackmail, but frankly, I am pissed and want the broker by the short hairs.
