Strange handless feeling

Ive been having this werid feeling where my hanRAB feel disassociated from my arms and body. When I touch something, it feels alien.
I suffer from anxiety, have for years and am on Lexapro 20mg, which Ive been on now for a few weeks...Was on 10mg for five years though, and now, as well as the weird handless feelings, Im also finding it IMPOSSIBLE to orgasm. Ive never had this - I was on 20mg before and it didnt happen! So not sure whats going on :(

Any thoughts?
 
I get that dissociative feeling sometimes in my hanRAB, arms or legs. It used to scare me. But I've learned it usually goes away if I relax & don't think about it.
