My 2005 Suzuki Reno is experiencing a strange electrical malfunction. When I get into the car and shut the door, the beeper used for door open/key in switch/headlights on still dings, but it is really faint and weak. At the same time, my check engine, oil, battery, brake, and airbag dashboard lights come on but are also really dim. Since this happens when the door is shut and nothing is turned on yet, it has drained my battery. Then, while the car is running, the airbag light remains on. Finally, when I turn off the car, I turn and remove the key from the ignition switch and the engine continues to run. As soon as I open a door though, my dome light comes on and the engine quits. Is this a problem with my ignition switch, are my relays messed up, or could this be an issue with the computer itself? I would really prefer to fix this myself as I can't quite afford to take it to a dealer for a full- on diagnostic. Any suggestions would be great.
