Strange Dream, Please Interpret?

I just woke up now from the oddest dream, and I wouldn't bother asking someone unless I really remembered it well (which I do). In this dream, I was holding MYSELF prisoner in some kind of weird laser fence looking thing on the ocean's surface, meaning it was like I was looking in this enclosure at myself walking on ocean water. I came up to myself and asked to be freed, but then some unisex looking powdery white people with white hair and black eyes with no pupils appeared out of nowhere. They called me 'Belly All' and started speaking in this weird language, which I understood to mean 'he is to go nowhere' or something like that in the dream. They disappeared and a huge wave started coming toward me and that's when the dream ended. What is this about? Weird.
